Free during launch

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Vidora is currently free during the launch period.

No payment is processed, so no refund is needed. All features are unlocked at no cost during the launch. If you encounter any issue while using Vidora, contact [email protected] and we will help you directly.

What "free during launch" means concretely

There is no trial that silently converts into a subscription, no card on file, and no account to cancel. You install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, every feature works, and nothing is charged at any point. If you decide Vidora is not for you, uninstalling it from chrome://extensions removes everything: the extension stores no account data on our side, so there is nothing to close and nothing to request deletion for beyond what the Privacy Policy already covers.

When paid plans launch

Paid plans will only be introduced once download reliability meets the bar we have set publicly, and this page will be updated with a full refund policy at the same time: eligibility window, how to request a refund, and processing delays. The Terms of Service will be updated with at least 30 days advance notice via the extension update notes, so no one moves to a paid plan without seeing it coming.

Bought something and thinking of Vidora?

A note for clarity: Vidora never bills through third-party resellers, license key sites, or bundled installers. If you paid someone for "Vidora Pro" or a lifetime key during the free launch period, that transaction did not come from us; request a chargeback with your payment provider and let us know at [email protected] so we can act on the impersonation.
